BlueNote Lights Office/Industry

As a powerful visual and audible communication system for workflow, BlueNote Lights functions as a dashboard array of timed events. Your office may purpose the software to drop notes for specific employees on a common bulletin board, for sequencing of daily processes, queues for directing employees throughout your business, or establishing routine protocols that make it easy for everyone in the building to know what has been handled, and what is still pending.

Because BlueNote Lights is not cloud-based, it will need to be downloaded and installed at each computer where communications are needed. If you are a current customer, you should download using the Customers link above.

Lights are the shared platform from which everyone in the office dives into their own alerts, whether or not they are notifying others, or responding to notifications that are already active. This is a good starting point for organizing the workflow as an employee bulletin board, complete with phone call transfers and simple commands like client arrivals and summoning for help.

This example starts as a framework for operations that occur at various stations within a business. With further customization it is designed to be utilized for dock assignments, workflow sequencing, and process flow. The second panel is built out as a message board for a larger workforce and can manage at least 30 employee messages at a time with minimal reconfiguration needed.

Instead of labeling each of the Lights in this example, the panels are set up in a way that makes it easy to divide operations into multiple workgroups. This design allows for quick isolation from other divisions within each user's Alert Manager. While this layout requires significant programming to make it functional, it is a good starting point for very large businesses.
