Do I have to download/install BlueNote separately on each computer?

If you have computers that do not have Internet access then you can download the installation program to a shared network drive, removable USB memory key or simply burn it to a CD. Then run the BlueNote Status installer on each computer.

What changes do I need to make to my firewall to enable BlueNote?

In most cases you will not need to make any changes. However if you are prompted by your Firewall, Antivirus or Spyware software you will need to allow or unblock BlueNote Status in order for it to communicate on your network.

Hardware Requirements

PC with a Pentium P4 1.7Ghz CPU or higher recommended
40mb of available hard drive space or higher
512 MB RAM or higher
Network Interface Card for LAN Connectivity (Wired or Wireless)
Sound card and speakers recommended for audible alerts but not required
Monitor capable of 1024 X 768 resolution or higher. 1280 X 800 recommended for larger practices.

BlueNote will run on the following Microsoft Operating Systems

Windows 7 32 & 64 bit
Windows Vista SP1
Windows XP Professional SP2 or SP3
Windows XP Standard SP2 or SP3
Windows XP x64 SP2
Windows 2003 Server
Windows 2008 Server 32 & 64 bit

Note: BlueNote may run on older Windows based operating systems but is not supported.

Can I get additional support and updates for BlueNote Status?
