Q:What’s the difference between BlueNote Status and BlueNote Status Site?
A:The number of Simultaneous Computers/Users is the only difference. And if you need more than 80 users give us a call and we will get you the license you need.
Q:Is the Trial version the same as the Retail version?
A:Yes, The only difference is that the Trial version is limited to 30 days and 50 users.
Q:Do I have to purchase AfterCare Maintenance?
A:No. We include support and updates for the first 6 months. If you would like to extend these benefits after your initial 6 month support period has expired you can purchase our optional AfterCare Maintenance with all the same benefits.
Q:Can I use the same BlueNote license at multiple locations?
A:No, each location will need to purchase a license. We do offer multisite discounts so give our sales department a call and get a price quote.
Q:How long is the included support?
A:We want you to have the best possible experience so we have included 6 months of priority email support and 3 incidences of priority phone support. We also include software updates so you don’t have to worry about a new version being released after you purchase.
